So I have no mods that I'm using. I was wondering if anyone had any they would recommend. I've seen some of Docs SS and I like his setup and layout, but his is the only one I've seen. Thanks (dont know why I used this it just looked interesting)

One I would get is Objective Tracker. It pops up when someone takes a BO in your area so you don't have to look at the map, and don't have to guess how long you have to retake it back.

I use:

Yabber - Chat addon
Clock
CraftingWillard - For crafting
CraftToolTip - Also for crafting
Phantom - Removes default warband window (I use squared)
CleanUnitFrames - removes portraits from target windows
CleanCastBar
Casualties of War - Tracks kills from combat log
MinChat - Another chat addon
NAMBLA - Cleans up hotbar clutter/borders

Hey Doc how did you get the square map and center it at the bottom of the screen? I like your layout and what not.

You can edit your UI by hitting "u" (I think that's where you get the menu from anyhow). Click "start editing" and move anything and everything you want. I think Doc's map is just moved from a different part of the sceen. You can also scale your UI to make it smaller, and move all of your hotbars, trackers, etc.

I also like the "State of the Realm" mod, it shows T4 action/percentages/keep status/victory points along with the timers on the local objectives.

Other mods I use: BiMailer, lets you send a whole series of items with just right clicks. QuickMail lets you grab all the attachments from your inbox or AH tabs. EZCraft puts a right click menu on your crafting buttons. Finally I use Preciousss, it shows all your equipped rings when you mouse over instead of just the first one.
